The third and final edition in the series will cover advanced practices of Feigned Indifference and The Technique. Among other situations not addressed in the first two editions, this will include how to handle some of the most difficult guests and turn them around, concerns (both new and used) after the sale—how to save CSI and gross, and how to develop the ultimate consultant confidence and customer comfort. Several examples will be included.
