The first program of You Don't Have To Say No! will be the Philosophy and Price edition. The second will be Trades and Payments, and the third will be an advanced program that will tie everything together and concentrate even more on The Technique and the concept of Feigned Indifference.
Feigned indifference is perhaps the single most important idea in sales. It is either present from birth (a natural talent), discovered by accident, or developed through awareness and training. The Technique is tremendously
versatile and will work in any situation, allowing a consultant to close while utilizing product knowledge as well as countering word tracks to any concerns involving philosophy, price, trade-in allowance, or payment. The Technique, when used properly, will lower the defenses of any guest and allow closing questions and statements to achieve a much more powerful level of effectiveness.
